bad customer support

this company uses india tech support and never answers any chat on the site. My website was with them for a few days and it went down and never was able to find out why. I've moved over to ***** and those guys are much better

i work with this hosting about 3 years with my websites and my costumer websites and everything is fine. And Yes i got essues some times that was solved almost immediately. . what server doesn't have issues ? I work with go daddy and other hostings and this hosting just give me the sollution for everything ! even i make affiliate to them... so Stop talkin a sh*t.

I have never experienced any of the issues reported here, I use this provider to host a site and it works just fine for me. Never phished me for anything but what was necessary to open my account.
