Is citizengoods.com Safe?

The vendors they use are questionable at best. I ordered an item that was never delivered. Instead of just making a refund, they delayed and delayed, saying they would be sending a replacement. Of course the replacement item never arrived either. After more delays and lies, they decided that too much time had passed and they would not be providing a refund. I have had good results with this website in the past ... but apparently those days are gone. Save yourself some time and headache and move on to another site.

The product I ordered was advertised as a "Stocking Stuffer". I purchased three. They took three weeks to ship and I received them after Christmas. If this wasn't bad enough, the "3 in 1 Cell phone Lens Kits" that I purchased were cheap and didn't work. All three kits also came incomplete. Each kit came with only two of the three lens types. This website is a complete scam or very poorly run. They are stealing money from people.

I never received my product from them. It said I had an "Undeliverable address" which is weird because I've ordered from them once in the past and got it no problem. And when I used their "contact us" tab in the website, there is no number to call, and I've used their email contact tab and yet to get a single response after three separate emails. I would not trust this website when ordering items. The website looks legit and the prices seem great, but I'd definitely trust Amazon or eBay and pay the extra cost if it means I'm actually going to get my product, or at least get a response back if there's an issue.
