Is cityfreq.com Safe?

I also looked up my own number, as well as my son's number, and found both listed to wrong names, location, and carrier. Although numbers were originally registered to the listed carrier (Sprint/Nextel), and I have transferred to Verizon, that would not excuse the fact that I am sure these were only issued to me and not previously used, thus the name should be correct regardless. Improper info is as bad as no info. This site seems like a scam to me.

The site shows random phone numbers and random names, there is no semblance of reality here, so I wonder why they would want bait to get people to come to their server. The only thing I saw in the source was the google ad link in 6 places. So I assume these are just pages to lure people in to increase their ad revenue using false information.

Site came up as a Google hit for reverse phone number lookup. Name given for the number seemed ridiculous, so I looked up some friends' cell numbers with search restricted to cityfreq.com. Names did not match the numbers at all. To rule out any possibility that the names given were from people who'd previously had those numbers, searched (unrestricted) for the names it provided. Same name had multiple hits on cityfreq.com, tel2name.com, and a couple other sketchy reverse lookup sites for different numbers. No other sites came out of the search. For example, searching "FREDERIC SUENTENFUSS" returns four cityfreq.com listings for area code/exchanges in Winnipeg, MB; Middletown, NY; Austin, MN; and Towson, MD.
