Civfanatics is the core of the activities of the largest CIV-community. CIV is Sid Meiers Civilization, one of the best strategy games. Civfanatics is the best place to find MODs for this game. Other CIV sites: Apolyton (http://apolyton.net/) and WePlayCIV (http://www.weplayciv.com/) and the German ***** .

Fan site dedicated to the Civilization computer game series. Very informative and contains a very useful download center, which contains mods for the game(s).

The site itself, dedicated to the Civilization computer game series, is great and 100% completely safe, but the ads (usually from ad.yieldmanager) on the top and on the bottom of the pages can be slightly dubious. (There were cases of the ads attempting virus pushes). I recommed just surfing the site with AdBlock or something.
