Is claimprizenow.com Safe?

McAffee Security flagged this as a suspicious site. The only good thing is that the first page has a lengthy & limited disclaimer, in italicized small print, explaining that the "prize" that you have "won" can only be claimed after you submit certain personal data (name, e-mail, phone, ZIP, and, likely, more) and apply for a certain number of offers from certain categories, based on the "prize" value. I can probably safely assume that it's almost impossible to safely apply for everything required to claim that "prize". THERE'S NO SUCH THING AS A FREE LUNCH. The initial message I got told me that, for my Facebook activities, I had won $1,500, but on the second page, the maximum "prize" shown is either $1,000 cash or a $1,000 Target Gift Card -- Can you say "BAIT & SWITCH"?!?
