Is codedawn.com Safe?

First time I ran Excel RegEx setup, MS Vista jammed: UI still reacted a bit, but applications not; Ctrl+Alt+Delete no use; 5 sec. shutdown! :( I installed the add-on and started Excel, which reported errors in macros. MS Office was set to use a Dutch user interface (which I need to collaborate with Dutch colleagues: o/w Word subdocuments break — really :( ), so I tried English – did not help. I had set it to accept signed macros, as required. I could not investigate the macros as they had a password – didn’t really want to anyway. May be fault of Office and its crazily attempted multilinguality, but made add-on useless. (Absurd, that MS have different RE functions in Word and MSVS and none in Excel.) Small quibble: name should show that it is for Excel, unlike “RegEx Find/Replace”. ¿“RegExcel”? ¿MS might get ratty?
