Is collegebuys.org Safe?

CollegeBuys provides terrible customer service as well as charging you without providing the product you purchased! Purchase elsewhere if you can. I paid for Adobe Create Cloud for a class on ***** and never received an email to download the product. I contacted them about a week later thinking I'd give them time since I purchased it on a Sunday. I could only reach someone via chat box. They just emailed me a list of instructions on how to download the product. My download did not include everything in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite. I only had Adobe XD, but not Illustrator and Photoshop, which is part of it. I have tried their chat box and after making wait, they respond with "I am sorry, but we are only the billing center for The Foundation. You will have to email them at ***** and wait for their reply." Then why does it say "Chat with Support" if they can't actually help? I feel like this chat is bullshit and to make sure you paid for products they don't deliver. I have emailed them and have only received confirmation that they received my email and a phone number to call that goes to voicemail. Don't buy from CollegeBuys!
