Is combozo.com Safe?

Combozo is the worst customer experience I have ever had with a hosting company. It is a perfect example of how to rip people off with cheap deals and deliberate undermining of your efforts.How they hook you in. What they do first is they get you to sign up via paypal. The deals are too good to be true but you think to yourself hey there from India, they have cheaper labor. What ends up happening you find you have an underpowered website hosting provider, that accuses you of breaking their terms and conditions after 3 months. Strange, I walked away from the web site development when I first had trouble. Then I got them to restore the accounts. Then I put some empty wordpress sites up, and then a few weeks later they accused me of having free websites. What does that mean, I asked them. No Reply. I paid $20pa for hosting 50GB plan with this group. All I can say they are not only cheap but very very nasty. They take your money and don't give you a real hosting services.If you think I am biased, sign up for their cheapest plan first and see for yourself how bad they are for yourself. Put something up for at least 3 months and have your account suspended for no reason. There model is to get the money off you so you can't get a refund, because the 30day refund policy with paypal is elapsed.Don't say you haven't been warned.
