Is conquerclub.com Safe?

Account sign-up directions are not consistent with rules. I had my computer stolen and had no access to an old account. I made a new one. I never used more than one account. When I stated in a forum that "I used to be so and so..." my account was disabled even though I never used more than one account. I was forced to purchase a premium account in order for them to disable the old account and make my account "legitimate". I asked them to change the wording of the agreement on the account creation page (frame) from "... I will only ever use one account" to "... NOTE: if you have an existing account and cannot access it for any reason, please see HERE (link). I will only ever HAVE one account.". This would have prevented my mistake up front. I also had to explain the situation many many times in several emails, and am not sure that they understand even now. So for trustworthiness, I rated low. Also rated low for Reliability since it took much more effort than it should have to get an assurance that my new account would not just be disabled on a whim again, even after I paid for it. It is a good game site, but do not create more than one account and read all the rules before signing up. Once you pay your money, they can disable your account with NO refund for almost any reason. Also, be aware that like most game sites, the chat and forums are adult-like in nature. The private messages (PM's) are not monitored, and it is not considered abuse for one player to send another player messages with profanity and such, so I would not recommend for parents of children who they do not wish to expose to harassment or profanity, since the owner's/admins' definition of "abuse" is not clear and apparently, from my experience and from that of some friends, is not consistent with "standard" moral norms. The privacy policy is up front, and I have not had any problems with that. The game is fun, and it is a good site. However, WOT is not for rating how "fun" a site is. It is for the four items listed, and in my experience, they only score "green" on one of them.
