The service offered allows smaller businesses to compete against market leaders who are the only ones who can afford to continually prepare new and different PQQ applications. Telephone support is very quick and helpful. Online support is informative and easy to find. Some areas of the application form could be improved but I have noted that most of these issues have subsequently been resolved since joining although a few more minor issues are outstanding. I can only conclude that those who rate this site aren't considering the site/service from the perspective of the market it serves and rather passing judgement on the parent company.
