Is convergeict.com Safe?

This company is a scammer. An offer for upgrading the speed of Internet access resulted in a downgrade of the available speed and long pings. Converge has simple forgotten to upgrade their own internet connections first. At the moment is the speed less than 40 KBits - far away from the promoted megabits. A company, who is offering something, what she cannot fulfill is nothing else than a scammer. They are offering fiber connections, but it looks like that they are even not using fiber connections in their internal network, Why? I think that they even not know how to handle fiber connections. This site is an official site of an ISP here in the Philippines. It's currently disrupting the market with its far better service at the same rates as the mainstream ISPs. I suspect this low rating is an attempt by these companies to discredit Converge.
