Is coolhandle.com Safe?

I was tricked into "working with Michael" and the site was supposed to partner up with me. Well that never happened so the website was completely useless to me and when I contacted support they said NO REFUNDS even when it said 60 day money back guarantee. NO phone support and automated E Mail responses time and time again. Now I have a website they said would design for me and then it said I had to pay $299 for website to be designed and another $150 for 1 year of hosting. Scammed for the last time. I would not recommend using this place and another hosting site that is filled with scams viruses spyware etc, is go daddy and hostzilla... I could go on since I am an internet investigator and have found a lot of bad shit in this day and age of the cyberworld. Never trust any get rich scams. If I could change my domain name I would change it to help everyone from scams that consistently come out day after day, and the worst part is most are affiliated with each other. There are really good hosting sites but please do alot of research before you pay for anything. A very helpful site I use and add to is scambusters and another is ripoff report. Last thing the biggest internet scammer is Adrian Morrison!!! DO NOT fall for any of his hundreds of scams or you will pay dearly. I know someone who paid for an auto pilot system that never worked for $49.99 then a few months later he had over $2000 taken out of his account without knowing, if he did he never would have given consent to this horrible scam. He couldn't get a refund so reported to someone I know in the FBI and local police dept. and is pressing charges. I hope he wins and gets a huge settlement.

We used this site for web hosting but had a poor experience and, therefore, canceled. 4 months later they charged our credit card! It has been impossible so far to talk to a live person and get a refund. Seems like we're getting automated replies to our emails.

I've been using coolhandle for a few months now with no adverse experience at all. This hosting was recommended to me as part of the WP-Mage set up. It's fine as far as I am concerned & customer services are always on the ball & quick to respond & very helpful. *****
