Is coolicool.com Safe?

I am satisfied with the buying from this site! Ordered a phone, and when I paid for it was in stock, but when They wanted to ship, already was out of stock. That's was the only negative feeling about the process. The buyer representative wanted to help me, but at the end the phone got back to stock again. The shipment was easy but really slow, but not by the fault of Coolicool. The international post is sucks! At the end, more than 40 days later, I got my phone. All is great, packaged well, the device works well! :) So if You dont want fast process and shipping, but safe and easy buying, You can easily trust this company.

I bought a phone at coolicool. It was about two weeks before. I got it some days ago, so they were really fast. The shipping method is also a good choose, cheap but quite fast. The phone itself was really brand new, and i get it in a protective packet. They are really careful. I offer them everyone. The communication is also fast, and they helped me instantly if i wrote them. I rate them five stars! :) I think I will buy always at coolicool!

I was looking for an unlocked Android 4.0 phone. After doing some research, reading some reviews I choose coolicool.com. On paper it seems to have all the features I wanted: Android 4.0.4, large screen, unlocked, dual SIM and an affordable price. I must say, I see people who order things from China and I was a bit skeptical. So, I took a leap of faith and I ordered this phone. So, very pleased with the delivery and the packaging was good too. I will order from coolicool again.

Found Coolicool before some months searching for Xiaomi Mi3 16Gb, and came out to be the cheapest from other sites. I have bought several things from there and never had a problem with them. If I wanted to ask them something, in 24 hours maximum will answer me. Very good site

I live in Canada so shopping for a indash gps/dvd can be very expensive and a complicating process, I found coolicool by chance one day looking for a indash gps system and was immedently impressed from the products I saw.. I saw the price and was convinced right away.. I was a little worried because the price was so low and the average price in Canada runs from around $800-$1,400 for a gps/dvd indash player.. I put in a dvd and was blown away with how great the quality was.. No lie!! It was better then my plasma tv!! The gps and 3D maps of Canada are incredable and very accurate.. I don't even have to make dvds. I put all my music, music videos, pictures, and movies on a 16 gig sd card. I honestly can't say anything negative about the product or of coolicool. Through their amazing, friendly and patiant costomer service- they have helped me get my gps up and running.. I think a lot of companies should be as helpfull and back up there products like coolicool.. Thank you coolicool. I definitly will be shopping with you again!

I have purchased items from this retailer and I would say it is one of the best I have experienced so far. I would recommend them to anybody and will continue to be their loyal customer. From the pre-sales customer services to the after sales customer services are absolutely brilliant. Their staff are always there to help. I receive my order very quickly sometimes before the given timescale.

I have purchased goods from the revamped site and everything hascchanged in the CooliCool business, a year ago I wouldn't have left good feedback for them but it seems they have taken note of the bad reviews and as far as I am concerned the whole business has undergone a massive change for the better, their customer service team replied to me in less than a day and sorted my query first time and my goods were delivered faster than I've ever experienced from china along with a letter from the new general manager outlining the changes put in place to turn the site around. I gave them a second chance and believe me I'd not be leaving a favourable review if they didn't deserve it. I will be buying from CooliCool again in the future and I will keep my posts updated every time I buy to make sure that others know that it's not just a once off Best regards Tony
