Worked fine for me, took a while to get the drivers but once it got those, it backed up my son's iPhone 4 so I could put it on another iPhone 4 with more space. So much better than iTunes if you ask me. Just takes a little longer to get set up, then the backups work great & it's highly detailed about what it's doing and what you need. I just picked the CopyTrans Shelbee option so it backed up all apps, documents, music, etc.

It´s an stupid application which does not work for transfering files from computer´s hard disk to Ipad. It does not recognize that I selected the file; therefore it is not transfered to my Ipad.

Music is transferring to my computer right now. The only issue is that it is not extremely fast but it allows us to transfer it back so its well worth it!
