I've only ever seen this domain through intrusive advertisements on shady sites. Clearly the owned of this domain is one that will pay out to anyone regardless of conduct, even if that conduct is blatantly illegal. Making it clear that the owner of this domain has not a user's best interests in mind. Most likely the opposite. It should be blocked in one or all of the following ways. . . . . . .
