I've downloaded several skins with no problem but can contain malware/adult content, just be careful.

Some of the themes are infected with spyware, so i gave it a poor rating. It needs to screen spyware better.

Some of the content is fine, but you'll need to screen what you get with an AV program. My Avira picked up 2 viruses from one of the 3 themes I downloaded. Since these visual styles are created and uploaded by users, tread carefully.

I got Win32/Biforse trojan on this site,and looking at the comments confuses me.Maybe it is false positive,and almost every XP theme requiers UXtheme patcher whic could screw your OS.
