Made an order with these guys (2 knives). They couldn't get one of the knives, so I cancelled the order. It was too expensive for one knife and postage - postage was cheaper with the 2 knives. They directed me to terms and conditions and told me I would lose 30% of what I paid for the knife that they did have. This was for restocking fee. According to their terms and conditions, restocking fee is for returned items, but nothing had been sent yet. Researched "restocking fee" online, and it is always for returned items. Got back to them with this information and they're still charging me the 30%.
