This is my regular shop for any computer buys - for work (I am the IT purchaser) and for home. Great value, but more importantly reliable service, secure payment, and a really simple returns process if need be (so far I've only needed it for when I've changed my mind).

Since BT took them over customer service has all but vanished. No phone number to contact them, ignore emails and enquirys. Used to shop with them a lot but not any more.
