I have a friend that used to work at Datasphere. The way he explained it was this: They are a call center that cold calls local SME businesses and claim to be calling from a major local news outlet, such as KOMO news in Seattle. The tell the small business owners that they will be put in front of local KOMO news viewers that reside in the city or town that their business is based out of. For anywhere from $50 to $400 a month you can have you business somehow connected with KOMO news. While the KOMO news radio and TV stations do run "Promos" or commercials that promote these local city specific news blogs, what they don't tell you is that they get hardly any web traffic to the website. It's a scam IMO, and one of the two most powerful people in the Datasphere company has a very shady past with the businesses he had been in charge of Just look at the ***** mission statement: "Our marketing programs are specifically designed to help small businesses grow their local customer base by building brand awareness and driving engaged leads" Their mission statement doesn't promise or imply that anyone that buys will get a return on investment, or any other value from doing business with ***** Avoid Datasphere IMO

They seem to be a coupon purveyor, based on viewing their website.
