Erst dauert es ewig bis erstes Feedback kommt. Danach werden Emails nur automatisch bestätigt statt gleich richtig zu antworten. Und es wird natürlich gleich ein Grund für nicht Garantieanspruch gefunden. Und dann "Schrott zurück schicken!" wird auch nicht verstanden, aber möchte Telefonnummer (um mir Reparatur zum halben Preis der aktuellen Revision aufzuschwatzen?) Keine Teilinstandsetzung = Luxussanierung

DEUTSCH: auf den ersten Blick eine renommierte Firma. Leider chaotische Abläufe bei der Garantiereparatur eines HTC Desire - Handies. HTC wird außer Haus repariert! Dadurch nur sehr begrenzt Verlaß auf die Homepage http://www.datrepair.de. Hotline ist überlastet, Emails werden nur schleppend beantwortet. Kein direktes Feedback auf Reparaturschritte!
