Is dazzlejoyce.com Safe?

I bought a pro mini vacuum for my sewing machine. Received it (which it took SO long to receive), plugged it in, and it wouldn't work. I emailed them requesting to send it back and receive a refund and they kept sending me an email telling me about the product I received, how wonderful it is, and would not acknowledge my return. Don't waste your money!

Several weeks ago, I ordered an item from dazzlejoyce. Supposedly it was a quilting laser light costing $60.44. When it finally arrived, it had NO instructions on set up or how to use it. Just a little laser light on the end of a cable with a huge, strong magnet. It was in a little box that had chinese figures all over it. I English it said on front "LED constant current drive" Same thing on the back side. On narrow side one it said "energy saving/ elegant appearance---long lifespan---healthy/ no radiation/no heating--soft light--direction adjustable." narrow side 2 had four little pictures of what looked like remote controls or some kind of devices. Nowhere on the box did it say ANYTHING about quilting. I sent an email asking for a refund but have had no word from them. I sure didn't take them long to process my order and get my money though. I ordered this from facebook and THAT should be a lesson right there. I have copies of where they processed my order, a copy of where my debit card was used for payment, and a copy of the shipping notice. Please tell me what steps I need to take to get a refund. I have already made copies of same to send to Better Business Bureau. Waiting to hear from you, Wade Cummings, *****
