This MMO has been around for a while. It used to be 15 bucks a month but is now Free To Play, however doing so will limit the experience as races and many dungeons are locked and can only be unlocked by buying the points or grinding them via reputation system.

It's not f2p it still requires a subscription. It's a lie that it is f2p because it is subscription based after the demo content. Their f2p is a play on words just like wow is doing now. Scumbags won't get one cent from me now.
