took my money and haven't giving it back after waiting and never receiving the speakers i ordered they are indeed RIP OFF'S

They took my money and sent NOTHING. Never returned my money. WATCH OUT FOR THESE RIP OFFS!

Like everyone says, they will take your money, won't ever refund anything, promise you they've credited your card, send you bogus tracking numbers, etc. NEVER buy from them, and if you have, don't bother talking to them, go right to the credit card company and stop payment ASAP. It's been months, 75+ emails, and nothing but promises.

Do not do business with these people. They will do nothing but scam you, give you the run around and will not deliver the product nor refund the price .This is a horrible customer service. They will not answer email when you finally have had enough and ask for the refund. Please whomever reads this move on to anyone else they do not deserve to be in business with this sort of service.

Ordered a radio (Pioneer DEH-P6200BT) ***** and my credit card was charged $188.99. Did not receive the shipping notification in the promised 24-48 hours. Followed up with several emails, and was informed ***** that the product was in stock. ***** I requested shipping information and called their number and stayed on the line until someone finally picked up the phone (approx. 45 minutes on hold). Was then told that they did not have product, so I canceled my order and received conformation ***** that the order was canceled. Was also informed ***** that the refund would take 2 business days to process. I have received numerous communications from them promising that the charges will be refunded, but that has not happened.

I ordered speakers from them on the 20th of January, hoping to recieve them to give at Valentines Day. I stayed in constant contact with them, and they always replied quickly, but then I told them that if they weren't going to send them by the 7th I was going to cancel the order. So the next day I recieve a shipping "confirmation" and a tracking number. Today is the 17th of feburary, and that Tracking Number is still in the idle "pre-shipped" status. so in other words, they got a code for a package that they haven't shipped yet, and they are telling me that they sent it. FREAKING LOSERS
