Color does have an effect on our bodies, but the information on this website is not based on any scientific data, rather it is based on magical thinking and biases. For example blue wavelength messes with our circadian rhythm and keeps us awake at night whereas this article would have you believe that blue is soothing simply because the author thinks blue is soothing.
