Be very careful with Dell Finance, different company from Dell, or at least Dell is trying to keep their distance because of experiences like mine coming to light; I explicitly selected a $1 buyout option for my $1800 monitor. After the 3 years was up Im happily going along saying Yay I get this monitor for $1 soon, but then I get a letter stating, well long story short they literally changed the terms completely and said I have two options, pay them $800 or return the monitor! I wanted to take them right to court but I had no proof, they are the big bad DELL, and I am just whoever "saying" they changed my terms; funny that I never got a copy of the agreement when I first signed up either, like you would when you lease anything else in life. They really tricked me, not at the point of sale, but behind the scenes without my knowledge and without my control. I CLEARLY PICKED $! Buyout option and no customer support rep would even forward me to a manager to TRY to straighten this out. Appalled, I would have had legal recourse if I had just taken video of my screen at checkout. I recommend you all do the same before entering into an agreement with this company, TRUST ME.
