I have used this system, and my computer did not get infected. I don't know what happened to the os he supposable users above, but nothing described above. I have had luck with this program.

Paid for a 30 day money back guaranteed upgrade. My computer crashed shortly after installing. They refuse to acknowledge my refund requests. Crooks!!!

They propagate false advertisement.When I joined Desktoplightning, my initial monthly payment was $14.99 for Platinum membership fee. One week later I started useing their service and was cut off and they told me I had to upgrade to Platinum at a higher price of $19.99 I should have been entitled to the whole month.A Good business should Deliver on their Guarantee Including a refund if not delivered!!!
