Is devices.com Safe?

Anyone using this domain should have some consideration. On a recent googling for Foxy Proxy I came across this carefully crafted url: http://https//foxyproxy.mozdev.org/drupal/forum/6 It redirects several times and ends up at a 404 page at this domain.
