D2D dose give you useful info before you buy the game. Plus I was impressed with the download manager.

Horrible customer service. If you are looking for an upgrade to a game and DID NOT buy the original game from D2D, and you bought the addon which will not work....they will not refund your money.

I purchased my favorite MMO on here after loosing it on CD... Fantastic pricing and, as Airstrikelvanov stated, this is possibly the best of its kind! Watch out for Phishing sites though; I found a few that are identical.

Direct-2-Drive is quite possibly the best digital download service, next to Steam. It is very reliable and secure, and still has a decent selection.
