***** I STRONGLY Encourage EVERYONE to file a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General's office!! Online complaint form: ***** Pretty angry right now!! Extremely!! Have been getting the run around for 3 weeks in regard to when My order is shipping out. Been told the order shipped. Called today only to be told that it did not. I am seething with anger!! Terrible business people!! DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I have empty pots ready to be planted with: Arctic Flame Rose Senior Prom Rose Lily Pon Rose Periwinkle Blue Perennial Garden Stevia Plant Lilac Bush Due to their terrible business skills I do not expect for these plants to arrive in satisfactory condition if at all!! Really disappointed with Direct Gardening. I am the verge of cancelling this order. Then I'll have to wait another month to get money back if at all. Don't do business with this awful company! ***** Updated review Received shipment shortly after they were contacted by the AG's office. Now having a issue with replacing of all the dead plants. Word game issues now between dead and not blooming. If a plant doesn't bloom it is dead!! Had plenty of time to awake from dormant state. Ridiculous! I should of stuck with Eburgess. Never had a problem with them. I doubt the authenticity of good reviews of this horrendous company. We can go back and forth for a year with their word games because I'll do it and not tire!! REPLACE THESE DEAD PANTS!!! TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!!

A large and varied group of contributors. Some canned reviews are beginning to show up there but are easily distinguishable from those of real customers.
