Paid for a tv online. Cash taken out of my account on 26 September 2011. Item did not arrive. Ceased order on 6 October 2011. Was informed that my item was with the courier and my money would be returned when they received the tv back form them. Sent an email on 13 October 2011....No reply Contacted them on 17 October 2011. Received exact same answer. TV with courier. They have my money and will not return it.
