***** claim on their international website FULL REFUNDS and FREE RETURNS. I bought from ***** and wanted to return items. Customer Service pointed me to their Fine Print (terms and conditions), which states that this only applies within Germany. I find this deceiving and shifty. I urged them to change their website to make it more obvious. They pretend not to understand. I will never buy from them again.

They do not honor their written policy. They don't honor customer service promises, that are in writing on every page!
