DizzCloud states that though they "reserve a right to review your account content for [TOS] violations," they also state that they "will access your files for troubleshooting only." -- http://dizzcloud.com/privacy Thus, you can't make any grand generalizations as to the trustworthiness or child-friendliness of the files content hosted. Like the rest of the internet, there's a lot on DizzCloud that isn't child-friendly. As far as trustworthiness is concerned, however, every file that I've downloaded from the site has recieved a clean bill of health from Norton.

I have been using this site for years, with no real problems. ALL File sharing sites have a two track system; SLOW downloads for FREE users and FAST downloads for PAID subscribers. I have always used this site as a Free user. The downloads as a free user ARE slower than other file sharing sites (rarefile, rapiddown, etc.And ALL of them have waiting times between downloads for Free Users. And if the system is loaded with downloaders with Paid users you do sometimes get messages such as "File unavailable now, please try later" etc. if you are using the Free service. This is always explained on the site. If you want fast, multiple downloads, buy the Premium service. If you do a lot of downloading, it is well worth it.
