March 12, 2011, I visited ***** to download new version of google chrome. When trying to click the download button, a flash banner covered the button and invited to attend a quiz with the chance to win an IPad. It was impossible to deactivate the banner. So I hoped to get rid of the banner by consenting to attend the quiz which was expressly offered as free. I got summoned to indicate my mobile number to receive sms informing me whether I won or not. I expected the quiz to take place by internet. But then my phone mobile rang every time i sent my answer. So I checked the incoming msgs and realized, that the questions can get received and answered by phone as well and so I did. I was expecting about 10 questions, since the invitation talked about "few questions". After wrong answers I got a msg that I still had good chances to win and got expressly encouraged to continue. There was never a notice that I was using a charged service. After quite a long series of several dozens of questions, I got the final msg, telling me, that I had answered all questions and that I will hear from djugo.com in case of me being winner. On my mobile bill for march 2011 I was charged for CHF 399.60, but not on behave of djugo.com. By the list of calls debited as sms services it is evident, that I got charged for attending the "free" quiz.
