This site often comes up on Google when searching for help with Windows OS. They have a list of every windows service, dll and exe on their website so that any users doing a google search for a specific windows problem will end up at their site (my search terms were "Windows 7 osk.exe problems"). But when you look more closely, all the advice is generic and bogus. But when you look at the manual steps they advise that one takes, it is consists of nonsensical and possibly dangerous registry tweaks. Their real motive is to get unwitting users to pay $30 to download their 'suite' which will fix all problems. I'm not sure how to categorize the site, as they are not phishing or spamming, their software might be malicious, I don't know, but their methods are annoying and waste people's time.
