After you have paid for your order, they inform the requested model is not available or don't sent your order. When requesting refund, they do their best and find all different excuses for NOT sending back your money. They inform refund is only possible if you have Paypal account, if you don't have one.Well, the response is: To bad for you. Also, the smartphones are not working well, batteries are discharging after 4 hours in standby mode and many more... So be aware....
