According to the reviews, the site seems to have come under a different owner as of their posting. Contains links to NSFW sites as well as NSFW advertisements. Did not contain ROMs advertised to have.

This is one of the few remaining rom sites that has not resorted to malware. It's hard to find roms these days. This site still has good quality roms and does not house malware

Story Time kids, sit around:
Once upon a time, I visited this site, since its approval rating was far better than others like emuparadise or CoolRoms. I downloaded a vast amount of emulators and roms, and never had a problem.
Until a long time after the road.
It turns out these roms and emulators from this site are loaded with what I call "Timebomb Trojans" basically once downloaded they plant themselves onto your computer, and stay hidden, most likely to the point you would never find them or know they were there. After a few months of them being on your computer they will set off, ruining your computer.
The first time this happened I assumed this was a result from something else, cleaned up my computer after having to purge it twice, and re installed my roms.
After it happened the second time I knew what it was coming from. This website is dangerous, the viruses, malware, and trojans are everywhere, and will infect your computer eventually.
Avoid this site.

Warning! Roms are illegal do not download plus contein nasty viruss so stay awawy from this site. Note ROMs are illegal depending on the country you live in.

Great site, clean roms (scanned with avast free 6, and malwarebytes free) and a huge selection. (no game cube roms though D:)
Some of the games (psx maybe others) are like triple compressed lol. its a .rar with a .7z inside, and then the rom itself is in a .ecm compression (you need to download program to un ecm the file, then it works great)
and downloading roms is NOT illegal if you own the game itself.... i find it easier to play ps1 on my laptop then trying to break out the ps2 and play them. and trying to rip the iso from the games is more trouble then its worth, so downloading them is the best way.
The site has a screen saver that turns on when you sit dont do anything for like 5-10mins that will bog your cpu! brought mine to like 26%. so its best to start the download and open a different website or something...
I dont know about ads/popups, as i use ad blocker plus (HIGHLY recommended addon) and never see them.

Good site for downloading classic games! the servers are kind of slow though (especially when downloading large files ie dreamcast roms sonic adventure 2 is 1 GB compressed)

Google Chrome says that this site hosts malware, but it's perfectly fine. I love to play the old games on this site.

Not really an ad, per se, but the screen saver that they have of shooting stars. I highly advise closing the tab/window if you're not on it, because after a while, the page will display their own custom screensaver.
It's nice, admittedly, but depending on your computer, it might make your CPU usage skyrocket; and someone might end up puzzling over the unusually high CPU consumption from his/her web browser.
