Is doubleinks.com Safe?

Maybe it's best to contact the company and let them know their rating and deal with the people who gave them negative ratings. Also, contact WOT to not allow people with malicious intent and to validate their claims of dissatisfaction. You cannot just put spammer if others have maliciously inserted the ad in their emails. Those who say they were spammed need to contact doubleink themselves if they spammed them instead of easily get aggravated. It's possible that other jealous companies try to slander a good company of good standing. Not fair for those who are honest, and WOT should investigate them and/or do some changes in their sites so mischievous people can be caught like this illyax

I have ordered ink from this site (over $100.00 worth). I am very pleased with the quick shipping, and the customer service was very helpful when I had an issue with one of my printers (I have 5 printers, and a fax machine) reading one of the cartridges. The issue was resolved immediately. I will order again from them.

I order from Double Inks and heave never had any problem with them. Their products work great on my printer and I save a lot of money. I have never had any problems with delivery either and do not receive "spam" from them. In my opinion, they are a reliable company that I can count on.

I ordered inks from this site before and got decent service. At first, they had sent me a set of ink cartridges that DID NOT WORK. However, when I called them and told them about what happened, they had me send back the bad cartridges and they sent me new ones that did work. I didn't have to argue with them on the phone or anything; in fact, they were quite polite. Seems like a good site to me; I'm not sure why it is listed as having a bad rep.

I don't understand why this site is listed as having a poor reputation when every comment is positive? Those who clicked the '20 to 26' categories should have left their reasons why they did this. Because they haven't, I'm wondering if this was done by a competitor or as a joke, etc? I do wish WOT would check out sites themselves to confirm what people write.
