Softpedia is about the only legitimate site besides CNET which offers drivers.

Downloaded Dell Drivers. They are all legit, just as you would find on Dell Support Page. Dell was down so I used softpedia

Softpedia is using a technique referred to as "Disguised Ads"[5] to drive advertisement clicks from site visitors by making the most prominent features on the download page advertisements and not the application/file the site visitor was attempting to locate. They are so unprofessional, attracting and tricking the users to click many times until the download link shows up (if it does), making the download so difficult. Make the Internet a Better Place. DO NO VISIT AND DO NOT TRY TO GET ANY SOFTWARE FROM THESE CROOKS I found the site through Google, I tried in different occasions to download some software, but it was a waste of time and so disturbing how those crooks try to trick you in getting the software that they make advertising for.

This is the server domain hosting driver software for the Windows platform. If there ever was an encyclopaedia of software, then Softpedia will be it. Softpedia provides numerous software for download with a wide array of categories, and great selections in major operating systems, and useful reviews provided by its editors and users.

They have earned my trust over the years, so till today's date, I can confirm. To add, I have yet to not use my brain and have to ever pay for software that I wasn't bent on getting for free.

the driver downloads are almost all, if not all, scammers and liars, not free at all, around $30 or $40
