Is drsinatra.com Safe?

I have tried to unsubscribe to Dr Sinatra's website for 2 months now. Buy clicking on their "unsubscribe" repeatedly and calling the office and speaking with a customer rep 4 times. They say they'll stop, but the emails keep coming. I feel like I'm being harassed into reading about their products whether I like it or not.
