Is dslextreme.com Safe?

I wanted to like DSLExtreme. They said on chat I could connect multiple computers. After signing up, however, I get their Terms of Service which clearly states in Paragraph 21 that only one computer is permitted. I immediately point this out to them and advise we not proceed with installation. They are not willing to address my concerns, they are not willing to correct their default of contract. They indicated they could not stop themselves. This is all 2-5 days *before* their installation and activation date. They demanded instead, I pay them for a year "service" immediately. I regard their behavior as pursuit of money above everything. Customer care is an absurd dark joke. Unethical company? What do you think? The Better Business Bureau's own report shows that DSLExtreme has had on average, a new complaint filed against them every 3 1/2 days every year for the last three years, yet BBB gives them a rating of A+ Is somebody paying somebody?
