For some reason this site is added to in a standard iPage hosting parked domain site page. When I tried to access my new domain I was redirected to another site with bad WOT ratings. I looked at the default page iPage had added to my account and found the following line in it <iframe src="http://dsnextgen.com/?a_id=(6digit code I removed to anonymize it)&domainname=referer_detect" frameborder="0" height="800" scrolling="auto" width="100%"></iframe>
