This site was once a place where you could shop. The item quality however was mediocre at best (worst of many examples: 50% of a batch of USB chargers I ordered there exploded(!!) on 1st use!). Accordingly the RMA process was as painful as possible (a PITA) to have the customer cut his/her losses.
This painful "RMA process" has lately been replaced by a "taking the mickey" process where you get a reply once a week (or month) ignoring whatever you wrote/requested - regardless how concise or clear your statement was.
Bottom line: The chance to get items that are broken/dangerous is at least ***** Refund for DOA items does not exist. Don't buy there!
If you bought there and face the inevitable problems don't hesitate to open a ticket with paypal (or your credit card company) - make sure you don't miss the 45 day threshold (paypal)!
