Is eandl.co.uk Safe?

AVOID LIKE PLAGUE We have pet insurance with them and when we took our pet into the vets for an opperation the vet asked who we were with insurace wise. when we told them the vet sighed and said "we wont deal direct with them as they are shocking for paying out". Boy was he right, we still havent got them to pay out, they keep stating they havent received forms from the vets but the vets (who we know and trust) have sent it 4 times!! I doubt i will ever see the money again. (my car insurance paid out 2 months quicker!!) They also halfed the claim value and doubled the access and snook extra charges after a year of insurance which you had to opt out of paying (not opt in!). Overall I dont think i will ever see my money again and am going to have to go down the courts. Seriously reccomend paying a pound more and going else where (petplan is the one were moving to now after the vets suggested it)

they are cheap, but when it comes to the crunch, when your favourite animal is dying they are awful, you spend months with letters back and forth while they try and get out of giving you a penny. my vet refuses to deal with them. i have had 2 bad exp with them. i will never insure another animal with them ever again. ADDITION - i have now found out that they changed the amount the pony was insured for to less than half his market value, and on my mortality claim, i recieved about 1/4 of his true value. i am devastated

They have insured my camera for overseas travel and charged me accordingly (extra £ for overseas coverage) and when my camera was stolen in the US. They told me that the access fee is £300 for the overseas claims and they can find my camera on eBay for less than that, so they did not pay. Read that: *****
