I should have learnt from my past bad experiences with this company but, I didn't. I placed an online order for two items but the site didn't acknowledge that the order had been accepted. I tried 3 times in all before giving up, assuming that there was a technical error. Next day I tried again and the order went through easily with a clear acknowledgment on the order pages. Imagine my horror when I find that FOUR orders for the same products had gone through and all had been charged for and despatched. I made a rather cross phone call and was told that I had, indeed, placed 4 orders but when I made the comment that the website was at fault it was ignored. So, what I have to do now is when all four orders arrive I must refuse acceptance of three of them after which I will be refunded. This means that someone has to be at homeall day every day until they all arrive. At no time was a refund for the £4.99 postage mentioned but you can be sure that if I'm not refunded for that I shall be on the phone (premium rate, of course) again! This time I mean it when I say I shall never, EVER order from Easylife again. I advise anyone else to avoid this company as they are inefficient, customer unfriendly and useless..

Having had previous bad experiences with EasyLife I should have known better than to order again. However, I placed the order through the Daily Telegraph which uses this company a lot. Six weeks after the order was made and having received the subsequent acknowledgment I still had not received the goods. When they finally deigned to reply to my email query (I'd had to send them again my postal address despite having given the order number) it was to say that the authorisation of my credit card had failed. This was a surprise because I'd received other goods from a different company using the same card on the same day. EasyLife had not bothered to let me know of the problem until I queried the length of time I'd been waiting. I sent them a snotty email and cancelled the order. They STILL wanted my address because "it had not shown up in the emails." This company is totally inefficient and I advise everyone to avoid it at all costs.

FAILED TO DELIVER WHAT WAS ORDERED. ORDER TURNED UP OVER A MONTH LATE WITH SUBSTITUTED ITEMS THAT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS ORDERED. COMPANY MUST BE RUN BY ROBOTS - NOBODY EVER ANSWERS.

Appallingly untrustworthy company. Goods took 33 days to arrive and weren't what was ordered. Small note in the bag confirmed that they had unilaterally chosen to substitute order items. Company fails to answer the phone consistently. Company fails to acknowledge or respond to emails. I would strongly recommend that you avoid any temptation to part with any money for the Easylifegroup.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE company. Orders don't arrive but money is taken out of your account. Avoid like the plague

I have two orders outstanding with this company. I have received neither despite being told one had been dispatched. The other is six weeks overdue.because they keep teling me one item is out of stock. Don't use this company because your order will never arrive!

When you place an order with this company they respond very quickly - but you can wait weeks for your order to arrive. I'm still waiting after six weeks. I have emailed them but if they don't give me a satisfactory answer I'll cancel the whole thing and never use them again. It's ridiculous to wait that long when online shopping is normally so quick.r
