If you are new to the gluten free lifestyle, this is not the page learn researched facts. 21 years of diagnosis of Celiac Disease leads me to say the author of this website has very little researched based evidence. List of 20 Hidden Ingredients is misleading and sometimes untrue. Use a reliable Celiac organization instead.
