Credit card encryption flawed. I've purchased from them in the past but recently had credit information stolen when this is the only thing that was a recent purchase.

I purchased an ebook from the site without incident or problem. The site doesn't come of as an apparent mainstream outlet for ebooks (like Amazon Kindle or Apple's iBooks or B&N) but appears safe and well stocked with a selection of ebooks for a variety of publishers with DRM schemes suited for an array of devices.

Poor customer experience. No phone numbers to contact and no way to track an order when they say they need to verify information. Email contact only says will contact you when possible. Really really poor.
