This website is not secure for ordering. Post and Packing costs are not declared at the time you are asked to give personal details. These may be declared before the order is confirmed but I didn't take my proposed order that far to find out. My advice is: TREAT THIS SITE WITH EXTREME CAUTION

May have condemned too soon. Goods arrived today, from China. There is a deal of negative online hype about ecigwarehouse, and I was worried about my order. In the event, satisfied with outcome. Main concern is communication - there isn't any! Goods arrived in waterproof packaging! This lot are no longer a Company, but sole traders. Look sort of OK. Changing my rating.

Appears to operate from a flat in Birmingham (Quoted as Unit 1, 83 Stirling Road, Birmingham B16 9BD). Jin Wan (Director No. ***** of Flat 15, Hentage Court, 15Warstone Lane, Birmingham B18 6HP). ECIGWAREHOUSE is shown as Dissolved on 27/11/12, yet is STILL trading (appears to have been a similar episode in 2010). Jin Wan appears to have disappeared. Site still accepting orders. Forget the telephone and email. IF my order has been processed, it is from China by surface mail (4+ months). This site is a scam. (Be warned, Jin Wan appears to have numerous other IPs registered to him). Used Paypal. From another comment-maker, using Paypal in 2010; bad experience.WHY THE HELL are Paypal allowing orders to be processed in 2012?

Ecigwarehouse did not deliver the goods. Ecigwarehouse dit not answer our e-mails. We had to report them to PayPal, to retrieve our payments.
