Yett another scam outsourcing spammer hosted by the SPAM friendly ISP ***** / IXWebHosting whose executives (including immigant Fathi Said, Brooke Testerman, Rick Gideon, Lisa Peterson,  Cristinel Roman, Vishnu Prasath, Roman Moroz, refuse to do anything about spammers on their networks and knowingly allow the same criminal spam gang to scam and break federal law just so they can make a buck.  Reported to Law Enforcement.*****'s abuse department ignores reports of repeated illegal SPAM sent by the 3rd world Indian criminals thedesignercoder.com, designerorcoderonline.com, and a bunch of other domains used by these criminals that are they host on their IP address ***** SPAM is being sent in violation of the US Federal CANSPAM Act law. Spam friendly webhost ***** IXwebhosting ignores abuse reports and allows criminal activity, scammers and illegal activity to occur on its network.  Company is listed by Spamhaus as one of the world's 10 worst SPAM ISPs. According to Spamhaus, Ecommerce.com / IXWebHosting "knowingly provides service to spam gangs and ignore spam reports from anti-spam systems and internet users. They have been notified of each SBL listing on their network. They are defacto spam havens where spammers operate unhindered by the ISPs' administrators and executives. In the name of profits, these networks turn a blind eye to blatant spam gangs on their networks."
