This site is affiliated with a spam ring that has been around since at least October 2007 if not earlier (see http://shouryalive.com/blog/bindaas-spam ).

These spammers violate CAN-SPAM by sending unsolicited commercial e-mail that does not clearly state that it's an advertisement and never contains a postal mailing address. U.S. residents who receive any junk mail in violation of the CAN-SPAM Act (see http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/business/ecommerce/bus61.shtm ) should forward the e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
