This site is legitimate. Very good service and professional support. Why this site has low rating on WOT is, because it is provider of email service and some people use it to send not requested email. But it is not the problem of this service. Actually, without proper autentification, you can send only 50 emails per day, so it cannot be use for spaming in big way. If you got spam email from this site, just send email to support of ElastciEmail, they will block the user that is responsible.

Totally positive. I send my email with them - their system is reliable and cost effective. They are a legit company, like any other ESP... Not sure why so many folks complaining about the site, they are not sending spam. They probably deal with the same knuckle heads that sign up and send spam through every other ESP. Blame and distrust the ignorant spammers.
